How do I know if my claim will be successful?
There are a few rules in law when it comes to making a holiday sickness claim. Firstly, the claim must be made within 3 years from the accident or illness to be eligible. However there are different time limits for cruise ships, quality complaints and complaints involving children, so give us a call if any of these apply to you and you’re making a claim after the three year time limit has passed.
