British Citizenship
British Naturalisation (British Citizenship) is a concluding UK immigration service available to foreign nationals with permanent resident status.
To apply, you need resident status (i.e. Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK or ILR) and must have spent a minimum of three years living and working in Great Britain.
If you are successful, you can enjoy the full rights of a British citizen, including a British passport and will not have to worry about further UK visa application or UK visa extensions.
As Immigration Law specialists, we can help you through every step of a UK citizenship application providing you with expert advice and guidance.
Benefits of UK citizenship
Unlike visas for short term residency such as UK visit visas, travel visas or work permits, British Naturalisation offers permanent residency in the UK as a British citizen. A UK work permit is not required, and successful candidates are free to seek and undertake work in Great Britain without any constraints.
